This hotel is located in a lovely area, surrounded by beautiful scenery and offering a peaceful atmosphere. The staff here are friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring that guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay. The rooms with balconies are a nice touch, allowing guests to relax and enjoy the surrounding views. The breakfast provided is also top-notch, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day off right.
The only minor issue I encountered was that the swimming pool could have been a bit warmer.

Wonderful staff. Direct access to garden for dogs. Playroom for kids. Very good restaurant. Upgrade to room with balcony. Free entrance to park. Fresh and simple food. Friendly and accommodating staff. Great size swimming pool. Ideal location next to Tatzmania. Lovely area. Good rooms and breakfast. Enjoyable dinner experience

The hotel was a great choice for our Xmas holidays. The food was delicious and fresh, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, surrounded by nature and close to many attractions. We also loved the cozy atmosphere created by the fireplace in the common room.
We were a bit disappointed that the swimming pool was too cold for us to enjoy during our stay. the park was not as interesting as we expected, with few attractions and limited food options.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the middle of the Black Forest and it was a peaceful and comfortable experience. The hotel's location in a lovely area was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff at this hotel was friendly and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. They even upgraded my room to one with a balcony, which was a delightful surprise. In addition, the basic amenities provided in the rooms were well-maintained and convenient, adding a touch of comfort to my stay. Lastly, the breakfast served by the hotel was delicious and satisfying, providing a good start to the day.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel at home right away. the restaurant served delicious food at reasonable prices, and the location was perfect for exploring the Black Forest. We also enjoyed the free admission to the nearby park, where we had a lot of fun trying out some of the rides.
